Rescheduling: rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling.

Rescheduling 3 days before your booking will have a 25% rescheduling fee, which is payable when rescheduling.

Rescheduling within 3 days of you booking will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of the booking.

Cancellations: cancellation of a booking and/or no show will result in a 100% forfeit of the full value of the booking.

Voucher Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Validity
This special offer voucher must be redeemed on or before 2 January 2026. If not used by that date, it will automatically convert into a credit voucher.

2. Credit Voucher Conversion
Unused vouchers will convert into a credit voucher for the same value originally paid. This credit voucher will remain valid for 33 months (i.e. 3 years in total from the purchase date).

3. New Booking Conditions
Once converted, the credit voucher may be used toward any available package, treatment, or special at the time of booking. The original promotion may no longer be available; in such cases, the client may need to make up any price difference.

4. Purchase Limit
Each person may purchase up to 10 vouchers. This offer does not apply to group bookings exceeding 10 individuals.

5. Redemption Days
Vouchers can be redeemed on weekdays (Monday – Friday) and Sundays, but not on Saturdays, public holidays, or special‐occasion dates.

6. Branch & Shuttle Conditions

  • The Full Day Spa voucher is redeemable only at River Valley, Winelands, and Sibaya branches, and only on days they are operating.
  • At River Valley, the voucher excludes the shuttle service fee. If guests choose to use the shuttle, it will be billed separately.

7. Treatment Rules
Included treatments are fixed and cannot be exchanged or substituted. The sequence of treatments is automatically generated and cannot be adjusted.

8. Voucher Restrictions
Voucher packages cannot be used to pay for other services or treatments. All bookings are subject to availability.

9. Refunds Policy
All purchases are final – no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Black Friday Voucher Sale Terms and Conditions
