Terms & Conditions: Offer only applicable from receipt of this mailer • Bookings must be made, paid for prior to arrival and taken up by 31 July 2025 • The Full Day, Half Day & Moonlight Night Spa Packages can only be done at the listed Orange Spa’s – River Valley, Sibaya, Winelands and Pivot branch excluding River Valley, for the Moonlight Night Spa and on selected evenings at Sibaya & Winelands for the Moonlight Night Spa • Monday Special Offers are available at selected Boutique including uShaka, Elangeni, Blue Marlin, Jozini, Cape Sun, Ballito, Birchwood and Royal Elephant on Mondays excluding public holidays, subject to availability • Actual treatments included in each package may not be chosen or swapped for any other than what is specified in the package. The treatment sequence cannot be chosen as it is automatically generated by our system and the treatment sequence cannot be altered as the schedules are finalized the day before, and any changes are audited. • Excludes Return Transfers for the Full Day Spa for Mangwanani River Valley – pay ONLY R120 per person additional- Self-Drive option only for Half Day Spa • Discounts are applicable only to new bookings made during the promotional period and cannot be retroactively applied to existing bookings and changes cannot be applied to past transactions • All the above are subject to availability . • Mangwanani has a strict no refunds policy. • Cancellation of bookings or no show will result in a 100% forfeit of the full booking value. • Rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling. • Rescheduling 3 days before your booking will carry a 25% administration fee, which is payable when rescheduling . • Rescheduling within 3 days of your booking will result in 100% forfeit of the booking value. • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.• Vouchers cannot be purchased for special offers .• Offer not applicable for existing bookings.
