Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Validity
• This Winter Special Offer is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026.
• All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

2. Booking and Payment
• Bookings are essential.
• Full payment is required upfront to secure and confirm your booking.
No booking will be confirmed without receipt of full payment.

3. Treatment Structure
The “Revive Your Team This Winter” experience may be structured in one of the following ways:
• 10-minute treatments per guest, including all three treatment options; or
• 15-minute treatments per guest, with a choice of any two treatment options; or
• One 30-minute treatment selected from the available treatment menu.

4. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling requests made 5 or more days prior to the booking date will incur a 10% administration fee, payable at the time of rescheduling.
• Rescheduling requests made 3 to 4 days prior to the booking date will incur a 25% rescheduling fee, payable at the time of rescheduling.
• Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours (3 days) of the booking date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the full booking value.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
• Any cancellation of a confirmed booking will result in a 100% forfeiture of the full booking value.
• Failure to attend a scheduled booking (“no-show”) will result in a 100% forfeiture of the full booking value.

6. Refund Policy
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Payments made towards confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
