Terms & Conditions – River Valley Exclusive Moonlight Night Spa

General

• This offer is valid for private group bookings only and is strictly subject to availability.
• A minimum of 20 guests is required to secure exclusive use of the venue, with a maximum capacity of 60 guests.
• Exclusive use of the venue is confirmed only once the minimum of 20 guests has been paid for in full.
• The experience runs from 18h00 to 23h00. Guests may not remain on the property beyond the scheduled end time.

Rates & Payments

• Rate: R1,299 per person
• Group rate: R25,999 for 20 guests
• Full payment is required prior to arrival to secure the booking date.
• This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer.
• This offer is not applicable to existing bookings, and vouchers may not be purchased for use against this offer.

Bookings & Lead Time

• A minimum lead time of 72 hours is required to allow for staffing, logistics, security, and transport arrangements.
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations & Amendments

• Mangwanani operates a strict no-refund policy.
• Cancellations or no-shows will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking value.
• Rescheduling more than 5 days prior to the booking date will incur a 10% administration fee.
• Rescheduling 3–5 days prior will incur a 25% administration fee.
• Rescheduling within 3 days of the booking date will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking value.

Transport

• Scheduled shuttle transport is provided from Fourways, with fixed collection and return times.
• Alternative or private pick-up locations may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to prior confirmation.

Food, Beverages & Corkage

• Guests may bring their own beverages (champagne or wine only).
• Corkage fees apply as follows:
  • R150 per bottle (up to 3 bottles)
  • R100 per bottle from the 4th bottle onwards
• A maximum of 8 bottles per group of 20 guests is permitted.
• No drinks are permitted in treatment rooms or spa wet areas.

Venue Use & Restrictions

• Guests may only access designated dining and event areas unless actively receiving treatments.
• Treatment areas, relaxation areas, and jacuzzi facilities may not be used unless guests are booked for treatments.
• The experience includes treatments as per the standard Mangwanani Night Spa offering.
• Treatments are fixed, system-generated, and may not be substituted, exchanged, or altered.

Décor & Equipment

• Décor, sound equipment, and any additional event hire are not included and are for the client’s own account.
• Any décor installations must be approved in advance and removed immediately after the event.

Liability, Damage & Indemnity

• Guests attend the venue entirely at their own risk.
• Mangwanani Spa shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, or death sustained while on the property.
• The booking party assumes full responsibility for the conduct of their guests.
• Any damage to Mangwanani property, fixtures, fittings, or equipment caused by guests will be charged to the booking party in full.
• Mangwanani reserves the right to recover costs for repairs, replacements, or professional cleaning where required.
