Black Friday Voucher Sale – Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher Validity (Full Day & Half Day Offers)

Vouchers are valid for use between 15 January and 15 April 2026.
If not used within this period, the voucher will automatically convert into a credit voucher for the original purchase value.

2. Credit Voucher Conversion

Converted credit vouchers:

• Are valid for 3 years from the purchase date.
• Can be used toward any package, treatment, or offer available at the time of booking.
• May require an additional payment if the original package or special is no longer available.

3. Voucher Purchase Limit

A maximum of 10 vouchers per person applies.
Vouchers cannot be used for group bookings exceeding 10 guests.

4. Redeemable Days

Vouchers are redeemable Monday to Sunday depending on the rate paid, excluding:

• Public Holidays
• Special Occasion Dates (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day)

All bookings remain subject to availability.

5. Offer-Specific Conditions

5.1 Boutique Spa – 50% OFF Special

• Starts from R200 per treatment depending on the branch.
• Valid for one 60-minute treatment:
  Hands OR Feet OR Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
• Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Redeemable all days, excluding public holidays and special occasion dates.
• Branch availability & pricing vary. The following locations are excluded from the R200 minimum offer:
  Radisson OR Tambo, uMhlanga Sands, Beverly Hills, Cullinan, Cape Sun, Zimbali Signature Spa, Capital Hotel, Dream Spa at Zimbali Lodge.
• Treatments and prices at excluded branches follow their own 50% OFF structure.

5.2 Full Day Spa Offers

• Applicable to River Valley, Winelands, and Sibaya only, on operational days.
• River Valley packages exclude the shuttle fee; the return transfer is an additional charge if the shuttle service is selected.

5.3 Half Day Spa Offers

• Applicable to Mangwanani View, River Valley, Winelands, and Sibaya only, on operational days.
• No shuttle option. Self-drive only

5.4 Midweek & Weekend Definitions

• Midweek: Monday – Thursday
• Weekend: Friday – Sunday

6. Treatment Selection

• Treatments are pre-set and cannot be swapped or changed.
• The treatment sequence is generated by our system and cannot be selected by the guest.

7. Voucher Restrictions

• Package vouchers cannot be used as payment for other services.
• All bookings are subject to availability.

8. Refund Policy

Mangwanani upholds a strict no-refunds policy. All Black Friday purchases are final.

9. Booking Requirements
