Important Travel Information for Mangwanani River Valley Spa
Dear Guests,
For the safety and convenience of our Full Day Spa guests, we highly recommend using our Return Transfer Shuttle Service from Montecasino. This service ensures a relaxed and stress-free journey to Mangwanani River Valley. The shuttle is available for an additional charge of R120 per person, and we’ve worked hard to keep this cost as affordable as possible, despite rising transport fees.
While we understand that some guests may prefer to drive themselves, we want to make you aware that the final section of the journey includes gravel roads in a more remote area. Though the area is generally safe, we advise caution when self-driving, especially for those unfamiliar with rural roads. If you choose to self-drive, please take extra care and follow our suggested route to avoid any detours.
Our goal is for you to enjoy a seamless and relaxing experience from the moment you leave home, so please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance with transport options or have any concerns. Your safety and comfort are our top priority.
We look forward to welcoming you to Mangwanani River Valley for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation!
PLEASE NOTE: Mangwanani advises all guests not to use the R511 when self-driving to the spa. This route passes through a remote area with a low-lying water bridge from the R511 to Mangwanani River Valley, which is frequently flooded during heavy rains.
For a safer journey, we recommend taking Grey Street in Erasmia.
We encourage all Full Day Spa patrons to make use of our shuttle service from Montecasino. If you choose to self-drive, please ensure you take the necessary safety precautions and remain alert while traveling.
Please note that Mangwanani River Valley is situated within a wildlife conservancy area, and while we have taken measures to deter wildlife interactions, guests may encounter local animals.
