Description

1. Voucher Validity
   The promotional voucher must be redeemed on or before 31 October 2026. Any voucher not utilised by this date will automatically be converted into a credit voucher.
2. Credit Voucher Conversion
   Converted credit vouchers will reflect the original amount paid and will be valid for the standard three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
3. Use of Converted Credit
   Credit vouchers may be used toward any available package, treatment, or special at the time of booking. Please note that the original promotional package may no longer be available, and any price difference will be payable by the guest.
4. Purchase Limit
   A maximum of 10 vouchers per person may be purchased. These vouchers are not valid for group bookings exceeding 10 guests.
5. Redeemable Days & Exclusions
   • Full Day & Half Day Spa Vouchers: Valid Monday to Sunday, subject to availability and branch operating days.
   • Moonlight Night Spa Vouchers: Valid Wednesday – Saturday evenings at Mangwanani View, Sibaya and Winelands, subject to availability and branch operating days.
   • Vouchers are not valid on public holidays and exclude special occasion dates.
6. Participating Spas
   • The Full Day Spa Offer is valid at Mangwanani River Valley, Winelands, and Sibaya, on days the respective spa is operational.
   • The Moonlight Night Spa Offer is valid at Mangwanani View, Winelands, and Sibaya, on days the respective spa is operational.
   • The Half Day Spa Offer is valid at Mangwanani View, River Valley, Winelands, and Sibaya, on days the respective spa is operational
   • The Full Day Spa at River Valley excludes the return shuttle transfer from Fourways. The shuttle is available at an additional cost should guests wish to make use of this service.
7. Treatment Selection
   Treatments included in each package are fixed and may not be exchanged or substituted. The treatment sequence is system-generated and cannot be altered.
8. Voucher Restrictions
   Package vouchers may not be used as payment toward other services or products. All bookings remain subject to availability.
9. Refund Policy
   Mangwanani maintains a strict no-refund policy. All purchases are final.
10. Booking Procedure
    To redeem your voucher, please contact Central Reservations on 087 809 0055. Kindly advise the consultant at the time of booking that you are using a voucher and have your proof of payment available for verification.
11. General Terms
    All standard Mangwanani Terms and Conditions apply. All purchases are final. Specials cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings. Discounts apply only to new bookings made under the promotional link or package.
