LIMITED FESTIVE GIFT VOUCHER PROMOTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Existing Bookings and Promotional Offers: Promotional rates apply only to new voucher purchases made during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings. No refunds, credits or price adjustments will be provided for the difference between a previously paid rate and the promotional rate.
1. Purchase Period
• Promotional vouchers must be purchased by 31 October 2026.
• Vouchers may be purchased online or by contacting Central Reservations on 087 809 0055.
• The promotional purchase deadline does not prevent clients from contacting Central Reservations after 31 October to arrange a booking using a voucher already purchased. All bookings remain subject to availability.
• Vouchers are available in limited quantities and are subject to availability.
• Promotional rates apply only to vouchers purchased during the promotional period. Standard peak-season rates may increase thereafter.
2. Voucher Validity
• Promotional vouchers must be redeemed by 31 January 2027.
• Any promotional voucher not redeemed by this date will automatically be converted into a credit voucher for the original amount paid, subject to the terms below.
3. Credit Voucher Conversion
• Converted credit vouchers will be valid for three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
• Credit vouchers may be used towards any available spa package, treatment or special offered at the time of booking.
• The original promotional package and promotional rates will no longer be guaranteed once the promotional voucher expires.
• Any difference between the credit value and the price of the selected offering must be paid by the guest.
4. Purchase Limit
• A maximum of 10 promotional vouchers may be purchased per person.
• Promotional vouchers may not be used for group bookings exceeding 10 guests. Larger group bookings will be subject to separate arrangements and applicable group booking rates.
5. Redemption Days and Restrictions
• Midweek Full-Day and Half-Day Spa vouchers: Valid Monday to Thursday.
• Weekend Full-Day and Half-Day Spa vouchers: Valid Friday to Sunday.
• Midweek Moonlight Night Spa vouchers: Valid on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, as well as any additional midweek evenings on which the participating spa is open for Moonlight Night Spa, subject to availability.
• Weekend Moonlight Night Spa vouchers: Valid on Friday and Saturday evenings, subject to availability and the participating spa’s operating schedule.
• Vouchers may only be redeemed for the specific package and day category purchased. Midweek vouchers cannot be used for weekend bookings, or vice versa, unless the applicable price difference is paid and the change is approved.
• Midweek vouchers may be used on public holidays and special occasion dates, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, provided the guest pays the applicable price difference between the promotional voucher value and the relevant rate for that date.
• Weekend rates apply to public holidays and any other dates designated as peak periods by Mangwanani. Any applicable price difference must be paid by the guest.
• All redemptions are subject to availability, and advance reservations are essential.
6. Participating Spas
• Full-Day Spa: Mangwanani River Valley, Winelands and Sibaya, subject to operating days and availability.
• Half-Day Spa: Mangwanani View, River Valley, Sibaya and Winelands, subject to operating days and availability.
• Moonlight Night Spa: Mangwanani View, Winelands and Sibaya, on designated operating evenings and subject to availability.
• The Full-Day Spa at River Valley excludes the return shuttle transfer from Fourways. Shuttle transfers may be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
• Half-Day Spa bookings at River Valley are self-drive only; transport is not included.
7. Package Inclusions and Treatment Selection
• Each voucher is valid only for the package specified at the time of purchase.
• Package inclusions and treatments are fixed and may not be exchanged or substituted.
• Treatment sequencing is system-generated and cannot be altered.
8. Voucher Restrictions
• Promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used as payment towards retail products or unrelated services.
• Vouchers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers unless expressly authorised by Mangwanani.
• Vouchers must be presented or verified at the time of booking and redemption.
• Lost, stolen or duplicated vouchers must be reported to Central Reservations for verification.
9. Refund Policy
• All purchases are final and subject to Mangwanani’s applicable refund policy and standard Terms and Conditions.
10. Booking and Redemption Procedure
• To redeem a voucher, please contact Central Reservations on 087 809 0055 or email info@mangwanani.co.za .
• Guests must advise the consultant that they are redeeming a promotional voucher and provide their voucher details and proof of purchase, where required.
• Guests are encouraged to book their preferred dates in advance.
• Bookings are not confirmed until availability has been checked and confirmation has been issued by Central Reservations.
11. Courier Delivery
• Electronic vouchers will be issued in accordance with the online purchase process.
• Physical gift voucher delivery may be arranged on request at an additional fee of R190, subject to the delivery address and courier service availability.
• Courier delivery is not available to all areas. The delivery address must be confirmed before the courier service and applicable fee can be finalised.
12. General Terms
• All standard Mangwanani Terms and Conditions apply.
• Mangwanani reserves the right to correct administrative errors and enforce the promotion’s stated conditions.
