• Mangwanani provides storage lockers but we kindly request you to leave your valuables at home as Mangwanani cannot be held liable for any loss or damage you may incur during your stay with us
  • If you have paid via Electronic Funds Transfer or Direct Deposit, we kindly ask that you bring your original proof of payment with you on arrival
  • Please dress comfortably as on arrival you will be required to change into our spa gown and slipper set
  • If you are on a special package that includes a gown & slipper gift set, you will be required to wear the gown and slippers for the duration of your stay
  • If you are not on a special package that includes a gown and slipper gift set, we offer clean gowns and slippers for you to use at the spa
  • Gown sizes are ‘one-size-fits-all’ unless you require Size XL, in which case we ask that you notify our office in advance
  • Slipper sizes are ‘one-size-fits-all’ unless you require a larger size
  • Larger sizes (10/11/12) available on request
  • Jacuzzi/Rock Pool is subject to venue and packages booked
  • For Mangwanani River Valley and Sibaya – Please bring your bathing costume along to wear under your gown, as well as an extra bathing costume or undergarments should you wish to change after using the Jacuzzi/Rock Pool
  • For Mangwanani Winelands and Pivot – Please bring your bathing costume along to wear under your gown, as well as an extra bathing costume or undergarments should you wish to change after using the Pool
  • In winter we suggest that you bring socks to wear with your slippers and/or warm undergarments
  • The order in which you receive your treatments is predetermined and works on a rotation basis and therefore cannot be altered on the day
  • We recommend a medium-strength massage, but should you require a harder or softer massage, please advise your therapist
  • Should you suffer from high blood pressure, epilepsy, or any other medical condition we strongly recommend that you advise your GP prior to undergoing any of our spa therapies; this includes pregnancy and any other medical condition for which you are taking medication
  • The use of Jacuzzi/Rock Pool is not permitted on Night Spa Packages Only The African Revitalization Full Day Spa
  • Our Mangwanani shop is located on-site should you wish to purchase any of our products, gifts, and/or spa vouchers
